in the organization of the Centennial Mall events.

THERE WILL BE A $50.00 deposit (please make a separate check for this) for all booths to be set-up on time and stay set-up until the close of the show. ALL vendors meeting this requirement will have their check returned at the close of the show. These deposit checks WILL NOT BE CASHED unless you do not meet this requirement. Your booth fee advertises these shows...your customers expect you to be here for the advertised times!

EVENTS:

Spring Mothers Day Bazaar May 7th 9:00 am 4:00 pm (1 day show)

Holiday Craft Show Nov. 11th & 12th Noon - 7 pm & 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (2 day show - no exceptions)

Winter Art & Craft Show Dec. 9th & 10th Noon 7 pm & 9:00 am 4:00 pm (2 day show - no exceptions)

BOOTH SPACE: Indoor booth space is approx. 60 s.f. 10 wide x 6 deep. Booth sizes vary slightly. No phone reservations for booth space payment must accompany a reservation. SPACES WILL NOT BE HELD WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT - Post Dated checks to be deposited one month prior to the show will be accepted!

BOOTH RENT: Spring Mothers Day Bazaar is $25.00 per booth. Holiday Craft Show & Winter Art & Craft Show is $55.00 per booth. Booths requiring electric for food preparation may require an additional $15.00. All booth rent is non-refundable unless application is returned unapproved.   NO REFUNDS or EXCEPTIONS.

SETUP: The mall doors will open at 7:00 am. Participants must provide their own setup (tables, chairs, etc.). Participants may not attach tape, nail, staple, etc. anything to the Mall/Tenant's walls or windows. Participants shall not block Tenant's windows or doorways. Participants must be 2 feet away from each side of Tenant's doorway. All spaces will be assigned according to earliest postmark date. Please give your three (3) choices of locations from layout included with application.

Electric is indicated by an X on the layout and is limited & not guaranteed.

MERCHANDISE: At this time all types of merchandise such as arts & crafts, antiques, collectibles, food vendors, imports & commercial, etc. will be allowed during Centennial Mall events. Centennial Mall event organizers reserve the right to limit merchandise types allowed during events.

SECURITY: Provided from 7:00 pm Friday until 9:00 am Saturday. Please cover your items with sheets, blankets, etc. to help protect merchandise.

* Any organization or individual selling items assumes full responsibility and liability for the safety and quality of the items being sold.

All food items must be packaged "to go" with no items being sold for consumption on mall property. No perishable items such as cream puffs, cream pies,      potato salad, etc. may be sold.

Sound systems (public address, etc.) and any noise or activity, which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the shopping center & tenants, is prohibited.

Participants are responsible for collection of sales tax. (7.15%). Contact Colorado Revenue at (970) 248-7141 for additional information concerning sales tax collection & reporting. (Colorado 2% Moffat County 2.9% Craig 2.25%)

Participants shall park away from the mall after unloading to allow for customer parking.

Centennial Mall reserves the right to refuse the use of Mall space to any group or individual.

*Approved applications will be posted online at www.centennialmall.com under the Craft Shows tab and listed in the links for the "Who's Where..." at each event. If application is declined, your payment and an explanation will be returned to you immediately.
